A Picture of a Metal Start Gate installation of SuperTimer This picture was provided by a customer who mounted an older SuperTimer II on his fairly unique starting gate. This gate is very similar to the Beta Crafts suggested gate but was on a wooden track. Some notes: The 'Ready' switch is mounted to the side and not really visible in the picture. The Start magnet moves with the gate so no wires move, a good idea. The 'handle' in the solenoid plunger has been removed because it faced the wrong way. In the long term this may allow the grommet to come off the plunger. Below is a picture of the current solenoid board which allows easier mounting.
